Cathy is a native of Oak Ridge, Tennessee now residing in the Hardin Valley area half way between her hometown and popular West Knoxville. She is in both phone books! For nearly 20 years, Cathy worked in the education field, first at Oak Ridge High School and later at Pellissippi State Community College assisting teachers, administrators, and students achieve their highest goals in education.

A native of Oak Ridge, the former Cathy Brock, has been married for over 30 years to Ken Glass, longtime City of Oak Ridge Employee. They have three grown daughters, Emily, Ginger, and Dorothy.
